Fuel Manager is a complete, cloud-based software solution for anytime, anywhere fuel management. Fuel Manager provides you with instant access to all your fuel management data, where ever you are, and gives you full control over you fuel assets.

Connecting to any number of our Fuel Monitoring Systems using the GSM network, Fuel Manager remotely collects data from all your refuelling sites and makes it available for collation, analysis and report via any internet connected PC.

Fuel Manager produces a wide range of informative and easy-to-read reports, allowing you to interpret key information at a glance and supporting quick decision making. Reports can be scheduled to run automatically and can be sent directly to email recipients.

Regularly used reports

The Fuel Manager homepage provides direct access to the most commonly required functions of the system including popular reports such as fuel usage, fuel usage over time, non-fuelling and stock level reports.

Detailed data

In addition to the regularly used reports, Fuel Manager can provide additional data, right down to per driver, vehicle, or key tag levels. Data includes odometer readings (when available), miles per gallon, site used, pump used, fuelling date and time.

Stock management

Fuel Manager's stock management reports provide comprehensive information on stock movements and make it possible for you to optimise your ordering. In addition, where tank gauges are connected to the Fuel Monitoring System the variance between pumped and measured fuel can be monitored allowing early detection of potential pump or tank faults.

Off-site fuelling and fuel cards

The Fuel Manager system fully supports both the import of fuel card information from all major fuel card companies and the recording of general off-site refuelling.

Reports editor

A wide range of additional reports can be generated and saved for future re-use using the built-in report editing function.

Fuel Manager connects to all your Fuel Monitoring Systems, no matter where they are, via their built-in SIM card and the GSM network. No complex cabling or network routing is required for you to have all your fuel management information in one convenient portal.

Flexible outputs

Data and reports generated by Fuel Manager can be easily output to either PDF of CSV file. CSV output is compatible with all versions of Microsoft Excel and other many other database systems such as SAP. PDF reports are ideal for printing.

RFID key tag management

Fuel Manager interfaces with the driver software for our key tag programmer and provides comprehensive key tag administration functionality. From Fuel Manager you can coordinate the creation, return and reallocation of key tags to drivers, vehicles and/or groups.
